In this course we work closely with barbers and hairdressers to understand how to present and promote themselves in the best possible fashion to ensure engagement of new and current client and be able to build relationships with customers to create leverage for sales, rebookings and new clients.
This course consists of working on establishing promotion and personal presentation and customer service techniques in person and across social media. Allowing your stylists / barbers to find make themselves appealing to new customers.
