Continual Training & Development Program

 

This program is designed to enable individuals and full salon teams to grow in both technical ability and theoretical understanding over a period of time with a minimum contract term of 6 months. We provide more regular visits, in depth assessments and training plans for each member of staff. We also supply tailored education to suit the team requirements and each student will part take in the full curriculum designed by The MBA.

 

Further to the education recieved we work closely with salon owners and managers to grow the business and assess where the business can grow instantly and provide plans to ensure the business grows steadily over time.

 

This course was designed as the all in one solution to staff training to relieve time and pressure on managers within the business whilst providing constant support and advice
